Your task

• Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Projekten
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Angebots- und Auftragsunterlagen
• Pflege und Aufbereitung von Projektunterlagen und Dokumentationen Unterstützung bei der Terminplanung und -verfolgung
• Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und ggf. externen Partnern Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Projektumfeld

Your profile

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbares
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
• Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen und technischen Projekten
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
